- Former Deputy Managing Director at Credo Real Estate, a successful boutique investment sale advisory acquired by JLL in September 2012.
- Held senior positions at Knight Frank Investment Sales, Debenham International’s Regional Valuation & Consultancy, and senior valuer at Chief Valuer’s Office.

- More than 20 years of real estate industry experience spanning valuation, marketing, investment sales and advisory.
- Former Senior Director at JLL Singapore Capital Markets co-leading the Land & Collective Sale projects.
- Prior transactional experiences in Savills and Credo Real Estate.
- Advised on transactions such as collective sales of Shenton House, Peace Centre & Peace Mansion, Watten Estate Condominium, land sales at Jalan Loyang Besar, GCBs at 81 Dalvey Road and 3 White House Park, strata offices and various investment grade properties.
